For the past six and a half years Café Ambrosia operates based on our Mission Statement:

To incorporate the famous Healthy Style “Cretan Diet” into our food creations, we have collected delicacies of many ethnicities located in the regions surrounding the Mediterranean Sea such as Greek, Italian, French, Turkish, and Middle Eastern, as well as an impressive selection of wine to complement the flavors of such flavorful dishes. Our menu is not exclusively limited to tastes of the Mediterranean and Middle East, however. Our Classic American and European Favorites are also made fresh daily, and we love to create Vegan and Vegetarian delicacies for our select clientele. All our creations are made to order from fresh and nutritious ingredients. We never compromise on quality! |
Please visit our restaurant at your convenience for a pleasant surprise. Walk through the doors of Café Ambrosia and you will feel yourself transported to an enchanting sanctuary far away from the daily noise and stress of city life. Our restaurant features three beautiful sections: a lovely indoor dining area with a gorgeous fireplace suitable for family gatherings, holiday celebrations, special-event parties, and church, school, or business functions; an adjoining covered patio with a koi pond and another fireplace will relax your senses; and finally, an open garden patio with a cozy fire pit that will enhance your dining experience morning, afternoon, or night!
Visit us on a Saturday and Sunday morning for Breakfast (Extensive Menu) so you can delightfully enjoy your weekend. We also offer breakfast Monday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm.
Our newest addition: "Mixed Drinks". On a hot day, afternoon or evening let us treat with your favorite mixed drink: Margarita, Pina Colada, Bloody Mary, Screwdriver and Daiquiri. Enjoy them under our patio umbrellas!
If you do not have the time to visit our restaurant or simply prefer to dine at home, call us and we will be happy to deliver to you or prepare your order for take-out. Located at the cross streets of Cherry and Broadway, we are only a four-minute drive from Downtown Long Beach and a five-minute drive from Belmont Shore. Parking is available Cherry and Appleton diagonally across from our restaurant.
Our hours are Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 10 pm, Friday 10 am to 11 pm, Saturday 8 am to 11 pm and Sunday 8 am to 10 pm.
For wine aficionados and in house consumption we offer selected bottles of wine at half price Monday through Thursday all day as well as our everyday special: "buy one glass of champagne or Mimosa at regular price, get half off the rest" or get the "bottomless" deal! Finally, Monday through Friday: "Happy Hour from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm" with lots of specials.
